GCI ANNOUNCES NEW TEXAS OFFICE
Grace Consulting, Inc. Emissions Testing Services Opens New Office in Georgetown, near Austin, TX
Georgetown — January 6, 2025— GCI (Grace Consulting, Inc.) Emissions Testing Services has officially opened its new field office and laboratory for industrial air emissions direct source sampling (“stack testing”) services in the city of Georgetown, near the state capital of Austin, Texas. It will serve as a new mobilization hub for GCI’s customers located in Texas and surrounding states.
“This is an exciting time for Grace,” said Scott Teague, President of GCI. “We are celebrating our 25th silver anniversary doing stack testing throughout the United States. We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the last several years, so this is a great opportunity for us to be in a position to serve our Texas area clients as well as expand further into the oil and gas industry.”
Vineyard Legacy
At the helm of Grace Consulting’s new Texas location is GCI’s new General Manager, Stephanie Vineyard, daughter of Grace’s founder, long-term industry icon, Carl S. Vineyard, P.E., inventor of the patented Precision Flow© electronic Method 2G/2H flow measurement system.
“I am excited about the opportunity to serve our clients in Texas,” said Stephanie. “Many of our larger customers have locations there, and this move will allow us to reach them much more quickly. It also makes us significantly more competitive with potential clients we couldn’t access before. I’m eager to take on the challenge of managing a new office for Grace as we continue to grow. Most of all, I’m grateful for the chance to carry on my father’s legacy in this industry, which he began so many years ago.”
Stephanie Vineyard began working for GCI 15 years ago, having earned a bachelor’s degree from Malone University in Canton, Ohio. She served for several years as the laboratory manager of GCI’s Indianapolis Office in Plainfield. Since that time, she worked as a field crew chief and project manager for hundreds of emissions testing projects, earning her stripes and expanding her knowledge and capabilities in the field to achieve this new level of expertise and leadership. She is now also a part-owner of Grace Consulting.
“I’m very proud of Stephanie,” said Carl. “She’s worked extremely hard to achieve this role with Grace. And this industry had historically been male dominated, but she certainly proved her worth and earned the respect of some of our biggest clients as a subject matter expert. I am looking forward to her leading GCI’s Texas business and continuing to help grow the company.”
GCI’s Georgetown office is fully equipped to handle USEPA, ASTM, and CTM/OTM test methodologies including electronic real-time gaseous monitoring, Part 60/75 CEMS RATA’s, Hg testing and RATA’s, HAPS/VOC’s, and testing for Particulate (including Total, PM10/PM2.5), HCl, H2SO4, and many other wet chemistry methods.
