Grace Consulting, Inc. (GCI) is a closely held corporation dedicated exclusively to the sampling of air pollutants. Since its inception in April of 2000, GCI has grown close to 50 employees with over 30 field technicians, 13 mobile CEMS laboratories and QSTI Crew Chiefs bringing together more than 140 years of service in the industry.
Our goal and commitment is to provide exceptional air sampling services to clients nationwide. With offices in Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Florida and Missouri, our crews are easily mobilized to any location.
Clients can rely on our knowledge and familiarity to insure a well-organized duct or stack testing program. Our staff consists of specialists in the latest sampling techniques and technical advancements, and our extensive inventory of sampling equipment allows our staff to perform tests at numerous locations simultaneously, while maintaining adequate backup equipment to prevent delays due to malfunction. On-site results are also available thanks to our mobile laboratories and experienced lab technicians.
GCI operates in compliance with the ASTM D7036-04 Standard Practice for Competence of Air Emissions Testing Bodies. GCI has been awarded as a STAC/A2LA Accredited AETB. We are currently 1

Scott Teague, QSTI
Mr. Teague became President of Grace Consulting, Inc. in 2011 and has been focused on the air sampling industry since 1991. Throughout his career, he has performed over 2,500 RATAs. His professional affiliations include Air and Waste Management Association and Source Evaluation Society.
Carl Vineyard, P.E. QSTI
Mr. Vineyard is the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Grace Consulting, Inc.’s Professional Engineer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio, New York, and Texas. His expertise comes with over 30 years experience in the industry.
